Music Makers was added to our programming in 2020. Our initial summer school program offered a unique experience to students by not only putting a musical instrument in their hands, but an instrument they made themselves. The dulcimer making camp has become an annual event and it provides children with the opportunity to experience one of the most comfortable and easiest stringed instruments available and it heralds from Appalachia! 

We have expanded our programming so that it now takes place throughout the school year. Children experience a variety of musical genres through our community outreach programs. These culminate with our annual dulcimer making summer camp and exhibit.
